United States Department of Defense
At the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Infiniti has provided transportation
and customs automation support. The project included providing software
engineering services in the development of a Web-based pilot system
for handling the customs clearance of U.S. military cargo transported
to Germany and other AE302 supporting countries.
Our staff conceptualizes and implements the look, design and functionality of various websites for Department of Defense; produces video pieces that employ motion graphics, 3D modeling, animation,
and still photography; creates story boards, icons, banners
and graphics,while interfacing with clients to evaluate their requirements.

Infiniti’s acquisition support includes financial operations management
work for the U.S. Department of Defense. Our staff provides all financial
management advice and support to the Resource Director for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Logistics and Materiel Readiness. Our services include defending all
budget estimate submissions; serving as the point of contact for all aspects
of logistics and EC/EDI program development actions; developing five year plans, budget estimate submissions, the President’s Budget
and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) responses for the OASD (L&MR); and conducting performance measurement cost analysis on logistical programs,
including cost analysis with onsite evaluations of Program Budget Decisions
and Defense Planning Guidance development for DoD, Military Departments
and Defense Agencies regarding information systems and its acquisition
function as it relates to business activities.
Infiniti staff serves as the principal staff assistant for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Transportation Policy on all matters and policies affecting the efficient
and effective use of Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial transportation
resources. This includes developing, promulgating and overseeing programs,
actions, and tasks to ensure adherence to DoD transportation policies
and national security objectives, securing responsive cost effective
transportation services and infrastructure to support readiness and
sustainability for the total force across the spectrum of military operations. This is in addition to participating in studies, planning, programming, budgeting,
and follow-up activities, overseeing transportation automated information
system (AIS) life-cycle management and participating in major AIS reviews
and approval processes, serving as the primary focal point and principal
DoD spokesperson for transportation policies issues.
Infiniti currently provides financial management for the Assistant Secretary
of Defense for Logistics and Materiel Readiness. We
provide overall PPBES support and budget execution, as well as maintaining
the logistics cost baseline as source documents are updated. We also
expand or modify the cost baseline as necessary to meet changes in the
PPBES structure and provide analysis of the baseline, including workforce
characterization to answer questions. Our senior financial analyst assists
in the review of POM and budget documents as well as prepare information
for the defense planning guidance, POM preparation instructions, PDMs,
and PBDs.

United States Army
Infiniti worked with the Army G4 on issues related to leadership, organizational
redesign, and transforming their internal business orientation to be
better connected to the larger whole of Army logistics and the way
the Army conducts business. As a part of the equation, CFLCS helped
LTA be better connected as a knowledge community to Army G4 and be
an integral part of Army G4’s transformation effort. Our efforts
concentrated on building a Knowledge Management and Learning Organization
community, evaluating an enabling support information capital readiness
capability, and developing an associated strategic plan/focused vision
for LTA.

US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
Infiniti provided and maintained multiple systems for the Offices of the Secretary and Deputy Secretary and their support offices, to facilitate the accomplishment of the department's business processes and goals. We assured continuous operation of the supported systems, within current standards, and provided troubleshooting instructional assistance and other help desk related tasks for those systems. We wrote, maintained, and updated system and user documentation. Infiniti provided project management support as well as professional analysis, opinions, information and advice on information technology solutions.
Infiniti staff also provided daily internet/intranet support for the PIH
and REAC websites. This task included: maintaining and updating existing
web pages and documents; creating new sub-sites within PIH’s
internal and external websites; providing assistance in developing
and implementing new strategies for improving PIH website usability
and effectivenes; performing PIH website marketing, outreach, and
support strategies to the GTM; and providing assistance and support
by telephone, email or in person to any web-related question or issue received from
HUD staff.
Infiniti worked for HUD on the verification, validation and testing of the
Up-front Income Validation System (UIV). The contract included: developing
and using tools and scripts to review UIV and PIC/IDE system; performing
analysis, evaluation, reviews and testing on UIV; and then generating reports
of summaries, conclusions and recommendations, and findings.
Infiniti staff provided support services to HUD to organize, review, analyze
and summarize public comments filed in response to a proposed rule
regarding the Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act in 2008. In response to that Act, Infiniti compiled a major database and analysis of more than
15,000 documents.
Infiniti provided a “Preservation and Protection Model” for
HUD that used a methodology to analyze mortgage servicer performance
of completing required preservation and protection services for properties
secured by FHA-insurance. The model allowed HUD to assess whether
or not each mortgage servicer was currently meeting HUD guidelines
for preservation and protection requirements and identify at what level with
respect to all mortgage servicers. The model and incentive plan provided
by Infiniti enabled HUD to rank and reward mortgage servicers who met and
exceeded HUD requirements for preservation and protection services,
as well as take action against those whose performance reflected poorly.

States Department of Energy
Infiniti staff provided Help Desk Support for the DOE’s Online Learning
Center. The work included providing telephone and e-mail support to
computer users by logging all OLC-related inquiries and tracking each
inquiry through to completion. Our staff also provided low-level problem
solving, troubleshooting and walking the user through simple procedures
and applications, tracking the status of help-desk requests, coordinating
with subject matter experts and technical staff to resolve customer
trouble reports, tracking problems to resolution, and providing
results to the users.
